    Hello Rakesh,
    Getting permanent residency in Canada is subject to the requirement of the government. From year to year, they require different specialists to come and stay in that country and they also announce it publicly. However, it is a good idea to do B.Tech in civil engineering or any other branch in Canada, since this will enable you to obtain PR very comfortably since you would have obtained your graduation from that country. Your job prospects also increase, if you have studied there as compared with if you have studied in India.
