Is Cape Breton University Tuition deposit fee refundable?

The Cape Breton University tuition fee is non-refundable. The only circumstance in which a refund will be issued is if the student is denied a study permit and has not yet started studying at CBU. If this is the case, the student can apply for a tuition deposit refund through the Student Finance Office. If the student meets the requirements, the tuition deposit will be refunded minus a USD 500 or INR 41.4k administration fee.
