The answer is both yes and no. IIM Indore admission for the postgraduate and doctoral-level Management courses, i.e., PGP, PGP-HRM, FPM and E-FPM programmes is completely based on CAT scores followed by a PI round. The percentile of CAT for IIM Indore has gone up to 98 percentile in the past years which shows how rigorous it is for a student to get admission to this institute. Additionally, there is no information about the college giving admission to MBA (or PGP) courses without CAT.
