Is CAT compulsory for MBA admission at Chandigarh University?

<p>Chandigarh University, Punjab offers MBA with 14 specializations such as Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Fin Tech, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, etc. The minimum qualification required for admission to these courses is a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (55% for some courses) or above from a recognised board/ university. There are other sub categories for qualifications, however, CAT is not a necessary requirement for MBA and candidates can get admissions on the basis of CUCET scores which is a Common Entrance Test for University admissions. All the admission process is in lieu with CUCET.</p>

<p>Chandigarh University MBA admissions are only done with a valid score of CUCET. This is a university-level entrance exam, which is commonly conducted for admission to all of its UG and PG courses. There is no way to get admission to MBA course at Chandigarh University without qualifying for CUCET. However, the university also considers the scores of the All-India level entrance exam of Management courses such as CAT, XAT, MAT, etc., to offer scholarships. But there is no clarity that whether the CAT exam is accepted for CU MBA admissions or not. Candidates may get clarity from the official website of Chandigarh University.&nbsp;</p>
