Is CAT necessary to get admission in this college?

Hello,Apart from the CAT, IBMR also accepts scores of other MBA entrance exams for it's admissions such as MAT, XAT, GMAT, and its very own Written Test. -
Eligibility: The eligibility for MBA at IBMR-IBS under Bangalore university is a minimum of 50% (45% in case of SC/ST for candidates belonging to Karnataka) aggregate in graduation from recognized university or college.
Further IBMR-IBS accept the CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, PGCET etc, Otherwise, you have to appear in IBMR IBS Written Test.
So, CAT is not necessary here because you can opt for IBMR IBS Written Test also.
