Ashsish, surely it is that is why not many are able to crack it or score good percentile in it.
It is the most important criteria of admission if you want admission in IIM, IBS etc. But for admission to good private universities like Amity, Lovely Professional University, Nirma etc too it is an important exam. -

9 years agoHello Mr. sharma, welcome to https://shiksha.com; yes it is tough but not too tough if we are good in quant and english verbal, we can crack the score easily, students were there who got 96% out of 100 and near to scores, so I can suggest you to concentrate more on maths, which is from 6th standard- 10+2 level and verbal part for this I can suggest you to buy some gre book materials include CAT material.
pattern should be for 100 marks, eligibility depend on the area you are into study, but negative marking of -1 which is for the wrong answer for the right answer the points are 3 for each question.
