Is cbse 12th question paper same all over india for all cbse affiliated schools located in india

No, they are different. I am from Army background and I have a friend living in different state as me. We both got set 2 of English . However, everything in the question paper was entirely different including the unseen passage. Usually they do this because students of factors such as previous API, competition, facilities provided etc.
