Can you provide any government articles regarding the same? What is its procedure and do I require good JEE Mains marks for the same? Or is it completely based on your board marks?

Sir, through ccb Meerut institute of technology is allotted to me . It is charging 5000 rupees to confirm admission in it's college, to get bonafide and fee structures.

There is clearly mentioned that they don't charge any money but still they are charging

So should I submit thr fees?
