Is CCNA certification required to get CCNP certification?

Hi Mudit,
Yes, it is mandatory to get a CCNA certification in order to get CCNP certification. However, you can still write any of the exams from CCNP track without passing CCNA, but even if you pass all the exams of CCNP track without CCNA, Cisco will not give you the CCNP certificate unless you pass CCNA. HTH.
