Hi,
CCNP is a professional certification course, whereas B.Tech is a degree. We just can't say, which is better but since I am a CCNP and many other professionals I know, who have done CCNP are well established.
Now, I would suggest if you qualify for B.Tech then go for it. Later, you may pursue C
