    Hi.

    According to some sources, the Central University of Punjab (CUP) is less expensive than other universities in India.  The average annual fee for courses at the Central University of Karnataka (CUK) is approximately INR 59,587. General category students pay Rs. 50,000 per semester at CUK.  However, SC/ST students are exempt from tuition fees if their family's annual income is less than Rs. 6 lakhs. 

    Here are some other details about the tuition fees at CUP: -

    Hostel fees:-

    Admission: Rs. 13,400

    Second semester onwards: Rs. 8,400

    Female hostel: Rs. 22.80 K

    On-campus hostels for both boys and girls
