Though both are good, but as per me Diploma in game design is much better than certificate in Game design. As we all know that Diploma is good than certification.

Yes, Diploma in Game Designing will be a good choice, but everything depends on your interest. If you have interest in Game Programming, then you should go for it. There are less competition in this field as compared to other courses. Best of luck.
