Is Certification ( Java, ORACLE, MS CCNA REDHAT) alone enough after +2 to get a suitable job in IT field? ( without any college degree ). .

I mean certifications are useless if you do not know them. Even, without certifications if you can confidently tell the recruiter that you have knowledge in them and solve a few questions you will get a job.
