Is CET exam compulsory to take admission in BE(engineering)

Hello sir...i have completed my diploma in computer science and engineering in himachal pradesh...and now i want to take admission for ENGINEERING in KARNATAKA...but i have attended CET exam ....so is possible to take admission in BE/B.Tech without CET?

Yes, There is admission direct in II year of B.E. on diploma merit basis so apply in colleges of karnatka. You will get a call according the merit of diploma marks.
