    I strongly suggest that you should be on the job and look at pursuing any program. As far as the CFA program is concerned, you should look beyond CFA. There are lot of programs offered by the NSE and BSE, apart from various institutes which offer specialized programs in various areas of finance. Once you narrow down on the function, in which you want to make your career, your decision will be more pragmatic

    Both are beneficial. However, doing it while being in job provides more advantage as you learn practical things. even if you look at job advertisement for positions like investment executive, they ask for 1-2 years experience.
    It may not be that much difficult for you to get a job after completing CFA, but it will be much easy for an on job candidate in similar field. You should opt career with organisation dealing in investment banking (Citi, HSBC, Deutsche, NBFCs, corporate financial advisories are few examples)
