According to my point of view, I recommend you Chandigarh University as it is one of a kind, growing not only in its infrastructure but also in placement packages. The university was ranked 61st in the NIRF engineering rankings of 2021 with an overall score of 45.01. Yes, it is a good option actually for CSE branch and other branches to some extent as it gives good exposure. But considering the fee and the education doesn't match. I suggest you to look for some government college first which provides better exposure.
