Hi, Choosing a university is a big decision and a very difficult task, as our career depends upon that. Chandigarh University is a new player so instead of joining that I would highly recommend joining LPU because of the following reasons. 1. Infrastructure: The University is spread over 600 acres which provide each and every facility to its students inside the campus. Well, considering education, well-equipped labs are designed with experienced faculty and lab assistants that make you excel in the study. 2. Faculty: Every semester, the syllabus is updated. The faculty members are available all the time of the week so that the student can approach any time of the week. LPU has lots of experienced faculty members specialised in certain fields that can help you boost the knowledge, help build up your projects, guide you in your pace of life, any personal or educational issues, etc. 3. Diversity: The University with the most diverse student population. Students from all across the world live in the hostel, which comes the closest to being 'a home away from home'. The mixture of races and religions helps to build a decent environment. It's very exciting because you will get a chance to interact with people from different nationalities, cultures, and different backgrounds. 4. Campus Life: At the end of a tiring day or week, everyone expects Entertainment and refreshing ways to uplift their daily boring schedule. But here in LPU, they conduct so many big events where they call popular celebrities and help their students to feel more alive and energetic, which makes life in LPU more fun. 5. Placements: LPU has excelled in the placement records as students are trained with the professional enhancement programme classes, where they teach and educate you about the interview skills and etiquettes. Moreover, the university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Companies that visit LPU are Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Khimji Ramdas, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, Nestle, Adobe Systems India Private Limited, Vlcc Health Care, Hdfc, Crescendo Group, Rallis India, and several other firms. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30 LPA. Comparisons are must before taking step in any college or university for education. Both options are doing good even I faced lot of confusion in selection of university at the time of my graduation. After long comparison I felt good for LPU. It gave me extra edge in everything. I am an alumni of LPU and My real brother is LPU passed out with CSE and I have seen and heard his experience during his UG. From infrastructure to faculty members. From education quality to rankings and facilities in university. In everything LPU performed remarkable. The centralized system of LPU is so much strong that makes things easy to understand. The most important priorities of LPU is best quality of education and placements at great places. They follow these things and result is lot of deserved and eligible students got the best places. Even my brother also is working at MNC with very good reputed brand those who are not able to achieve anything due to their own mistakes then Grapes are sour. You understand what I mean. Moreover, LPU has Best Lifestyle and College Life. You will find lot of things to enjoy apart from the education. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance. UMS is the best and main toll actually that is centralized one system for all Academic operations. Almost everything is online in the campus. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. It has experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. LPU has earned many affiliations, recognition and accreditation and mark itself among the few of the top private universities. So, you should go for LPU and you will not regret this decision ever.

I can't comment on CU but took feedback from Alumni of LPU who told that LPU is serving best to the students. To initiate with rankings, LPU is recognised by the UGC, COA, PCI, AIU, NCTE, ICAR. Internationally, LPU is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business School and Programs (ACBSP) and a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU). #Let me brief you about the rankings that LPU has to its credit; the latest NIRF (2020) has ranked LPU as top 80 amongst all private and government institutes. MHRD, government and has already fetched many. #Keeping in view, the quality education at affordable pricing, LPU offers scholarships for various programs. LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible students to secure good placement. #The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Several big brands of the industry have visited LPU campus during academic sessions. Students are also provided with on job trainings, industrial exposures inculcating in them modern management skills. #The experienced staff which is deputed to teach and guide is experienced one and is meeting the norms of UGC. The pedagogy which is undertaken to teach students is always updated with new initiatives like flip classroom, more discussions etc. This is a place where a student develops confidence and takes initiatives, develops entrepreneurial abilities and learn to survive in challenging conditions. #The connect between the students and faculty is marvellous as personal mentors are allotted to every faculty which I can be sure no other institute is providing. Chandigarh University, gharuan provides well-structured and industry aligned professional courses to meet industry requirements. University is great in terms of campus facilities. The building blocks and campus is nice and well maintained. The architecture is great. The hostel facility is also good as compared to other universities.
