Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue BA economics. It has a great infratructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities, full Wi-Fi campus.

Admission in Chandigarh University is possible in BA. But, I doubt that Chandigarh University doesn't have BA economics. You can confirm everything from this website http://www.cuchd.in
