Dear Aspirant, I am not sure whether mechanical engineering is good or bad at Chandigarh University as I am not much aware of this programme at CU. One of my friends did B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from LPU so I can assure you that LPU is better for mechanical engineering based on his feedback. Being an LPU alumnus, I would recommend the B.Tech Mechanical programme. I am sharing my experience with the university. My time at LPU was incredible, and currently employed by XL Dynamics with a good salary. As a general rule, a lot depends on your own hard work, communication and presentation abilities, and overall preparation for placements. This is true regardless of whatever university you attend.
