Is chemical engineering branch good for the btech course?
I have two choices, EC or CHEMICAL but I am confuse about chemical branch. What are the scopes and future of chemical engineering in india. Is it good from placement point of view?

Unless you understand Chemical engineering branch even a little bit and unless you have some special inclination to it, I would suggest you opt for your other alternative i.e. EC. Chemical engineering has a bit limited scope as of now in India as compared to other branches.

If you are bound to process control and petroleum industries, B Tech Chemical Engineering is not a bad choice. There are more opportunities abroad for a chemical engineer.

YES CHEMICAL ENGG. IS GOOD BRANCH BUT GO FOR B.TECH MECHANICAL IF U CAN
U WILL FIND MORE OPPURTUNITIES IN THAT
OR U CAN OPT FOR MARINE ENGG. TO EARN IN LACS PER MONTH

you should choose ECE line , chemical line is also good but there is less jobs , they who are take interest in research line only they can make good future in this line
