Is chemistry a compulsory subject in electronics field?

Hello Karishma,
I am also pursuing E&TC Engineering. In engineering, chemistry is not a compulsory subject in the electronics field, but you should have basic knowledge of chemistry like as you know about silicon, germanium, etc. because it is used in semiconductors. So, in your 1st or 2nd semester
