<p>Chhatrapati shahu institute of business management and research trust was established long back in the year 1976 to cater to the needs of the professional education to the youths of the rural western Maharashtra and north Karnataka.&nbsp;</p><p>There are 5 institutions run by (CSIBER) :</p><ol><li>CSIBER, KOLHAPUR</li><li>RSEMS, KOLHAPUR&nbsp;</li><li>CNCVCW&nbsp;</li><li>VPIMSR, SANGLI</li><li>D.K.Shinde B.Ed.College, GADHINGLAJ</li></ol><p>It was founded by a well-known educationist, and a renowned chartered accountant Late Dr. A. D. Shinde Sir in the year 1976.</p><p>The university is known for its modern infrastructure, well-equipped facilities, computer labs, Library, STP plant and more and experienced faculty members dedicated to creating a conductive learning environment.</p>
