Is Chitkara better than UPES for management programme by considering all scenarios?

UPES is mainly for the studies for petroleum eve the environment of upes is not that good so I would suggest you chitkara!

No, Chitkara is not a good university and it is not better than university of petroleum and energy studies. UPES is known for its management programs and also for its B.Tech computer science programs and as the name of the university is petroleum energy and studies, so it is best for petroleum.
