The differences are as follows. For simplicity I would refer CHRIST (Deemed to be University) as CU and Faculty of Engineering, CHRIST ( Deemed to be University) as FoEC.
CU is in the heart of the city and is 50 years old while FoEC is in the outskirts, amidst a village and underdeveloped suburbs which is just 10 years old.
CU houses almost every department of CHRIST except Engineering. FoEC houses Engineering along with an extension to MBA. MBA is offered in CU and FoEC.
CU has good infrastructure while FoEC has an infrastructure which is much better than CU. Beautiful Gardens, Resort like campus but there is No Life beyond this. It is s...more -

Yes, Both of these are separate institutes. Christ Academy Institute of Law is an institute affiliated with Karnataka State law university, whereas Christ University law has an institute called School of law, Christ University affiliated to the Christ University only.

I would suggest for you to wisely choose a college for BA LLB .
In my personal experience you should go for Chandigarh University .
A few reasons for it are :
1. NAAC A+ Grade university
2. NIRF Ranked University
3. Law courses are BCI Approved.
4. Well Qualified faculty
5. Aims to make the student industry ready in all sense. -
