NIT, Surat and NIT, Hamirpur both are good colleges. But if you talk about civil then you should join NIT Surat. NIT, Surat give you the best infrastructure and teaching facilities etc. They will provide you good placement also. You can join NIT Surat. -
The chances of getting into those NITS are high but as you have a bonus of SC category. NIT, Surat and NIT, Hamirpur both are good colleges to get into. But if you talk about civil, then you should join NIT Surat. NIT, Surat gives you the best infrastructure and teaching facilities etc. They will provide you with good placement also. You can join NIT Surat. Civil needs better labs and infrastructure to study, so I suggest you to join NIT Surat.
