Yes, civil branch in IIT Bombay is good, because IIT Bombay provides good quality of civil faculties with good placement record.

Civil Engineering of IIT Bombay is the best ranked in the nation according to QS Rankings. Though IIT Roorkee has a better School of Civil Engineering, but Bombay gets better pay packages, if at all you opt for a core job.
