Each field has its own scope.......that's why reputed colleges are offering them......The only thing matters is your interest...You can easily go to top if you are good at your preferred branch.....

It is an amazing field with opportunities aplenty. You need to pursue civil engineering from a reputed college and keep performing well in the four years at college. Also, focus on building your profile by doing projects and extra curricular activities.
