    Dear Rahman, LPU is a premier university of India with top placement records and world class infrastructure. As per the latest NIRF-2020 ranking, LPU is amongst top 100 institutes of India. As per my experience, LPU is the best option for Civil Engineering. There are ample of opportunities for Civil engineering graduates after passing out from LPU.
    1. The LPU has some great tie-ups with leading national companies for placement drives.
    2. Major infrastructure companies visit LPU campus, L & T, Simplex Piles Ltd, Era Infrastructure, Gammon India Ltd for placement drives

    Hello, LPU is the best option for Civil Engineering. Being an LPU Alumni, I can say that LPU has experienced faculty members, well-equipped labs, great infrastructure, excellent placements, complete training and placement assistance and lot more and that too at a very low fees and high scholarships. I did my Engineering from LPU and many of my friends were enrolled in Civil Engineering at LPU, So, I will give you the exact picture of Civil Engineering at LPU. LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
