Is civil engineering the best stream?
I completed 12th exams now, I want admission in engineering. Which is the best stream?

You should completed class 12th with good marks. You can apply and appear for JEE Mains and CET of your state. This will enable you to take admission in either CGFI's through JEE or any college in your state via CET. Presently, CSE or IT are in limelight. But, civil, mechanical and electrical are perpetual branches. -
It completely dependent on your capability to study it and perform it in the current industry conditions. But, if you decide to pursue it, you may consider Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, as an option. I have heard good things about it. It's a good stream but not the best one because as per my opinion CS and E&C are the best branches of engineering. And for the civil branch there is scope in developed countries.
