If you mean CMAT 2013 scores, then yes, Alliance is taking it into consideration.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate from a recognized University
A high score in GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT
Selection Criteria
Candidates are required to appear for

On this score it is very difficult for admission in alliance but you can try for some other colleges.
