Is CMAT accepted for MMS? There is no information on the site and here it says only CET. My CMAT percentile is 99.78 & CET 97.48.

Yes, CMAT scores are accepted for admission in MMS. Last year's CMAT cut-off was 99.8 percentile, whereas, the cut-off of CET score for Maharashtra candidates was around 97.5 percentile in CAP 4. -
By your CET score, I think you have chances for get selected for MMS. -
For MMS seats, it happens through DTE. Hence only CET scores are applicable. But if you want you can apply through "institution seats" through CMAT and CET. Since you have a good score no need to worry you will get through SIES.
