Is CMS College of Engineering and Technology as good as Bannari Amman Institute of Technology?

The CMS college has 11 courses and 55,000 fee per year whereas Bannari Amman institute of technology (BIT) college has 75,000 fee per year.
The all over India rank of BIT is 96 whereas the rank of cms is 85.The BIT college is more expensive than CMS.So I would say that CMS is better to choose rather than BIT college.
