The PTE (Pearson Test of English) score is reported on a scale of 10 to 90, with 90 being the highest possible score. The PTE exam is scored from 10 to 90 points while the IELTS exam is scored on a scale of 0 to 9. Even though both these exams have distinct score ranges; the scores of these can be compared. Here is the official concordance table between IELTS and PTE:

Getting 58 marks in the PTE exam means that you have a B2 level of proficiency. This level of proficiency is generally required by most universities abroad for UG and PG intakes. 

The PTE exam fee can be paid online directly while making the registration for the exam. The PTE exam fee can be paid for using by any of the following: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB) or a debit card (Visa or MasterCard).

The type of PTE exam that is accepted for the Canada visa is the PTE Core exam. The exam is accepted for all sorts of visa applications including the ones leading to permanent residency and citizenship. The PTE Core exam results remain valid for two years and accepted by IRCC for visa applications in Canada.
