There are born actors also and but, there are always great advantages of coaching by an expert,It is like spoon feeding and it saves time.

Coaching would certainly help, but it is NOT a must when we speak of a career in acting. Something of it comes from with-in and then you improvise & learn on your own or after observing various people in life and then create a method of your own for you.
