Is commerce student without maths but with physical edu. eligible for B.sc(IT) in any university?

No, they are not allowed. You need to have mathematics as one subject in order to be eligible for Bsc-IT in mumbai university. However, If you really want to go for IT, than try programs like GNIIT from NIIT or any other prominent institute because eventually its the the skill that matters. Good Luc
