Commercial Pilot training syllabus includes both theory and flying practice. Students start their flying training only after they gain theoritical concepts or basics of Aeronautical Engineering.

Theoretical studies are not difficult. Flying is a skill based profession which you can learn with proper training. No flying club can promise guaranteed job. You may approach targeted flying clubs for the cost of training.
