In my view Abhishek IIT is better for B.Tech. Yes, USA would be definitely better for a post graduation course, so that you can even join an American company to work there and make a career, if you so desire.

Both have their pros and cons. Pros for B.S. Abroad: Better exposure, better resources, many opportunities for research and internships, Global experience. Cons: Higher fees, living away from home. Pros for B.Tech in India at IITs: Very competitive, less fees but adequate resources. Cons: Limited opportunities for research and limited global exposure.

If you want to get a job in foreign countries and you are capable to pay their fees then you must go for foreign colleges but still our Indian IIT Institutes are also good. They also give reputed jobs after completing B.Tech.

It all depends on where you plan to do B.Tech in USA.
