Is compulsory to have a regular master degree not a distance degree.

I have done my graduation as BCA from Bharati vedya Peeth as distance education and side by side i have done GNIIT from NIIT. So i want to ask that is it compulsory to have regular master degree as MCA for better growth not a distance MCA with experience for good growth.

It is not compulsory, but it is always better to have a degree through regular mode of education. Candiates form regular mode of education are generally preferred over the ones who took degree through distance education. Distance education helps when you have good work experience as a back up.
