Is computer-based typing certificate compulsory for getting into the banking sector or getting a good job after MBA?

It is not necessary to have typing certificate for Banking job or corporate job after MBA. Computer is used for office automation in all professions. Therefore, if you learn typing, it will be very handy in all professions.
