    As BCA is a technical course, so if you've some computer knowledge it'll be an advantage for you. If you don't have any computer knowledge then it's fine too. As you'll get to study basics of computer in your 1st semester subject which is Computer Fundamentals. Along with these basic fundamentals, you'll get to study programming from the beginning, so you don't have to worry whether you have programming knowledge experience or not. If you've interest in programming then you wouldn't face much difficulty but will find programming more interesting than any other subject.
