Is Concordia University (Montreal) a good choice for Masters in civil engineering?

I have completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology with 8.72 CGPA. Currently working with L&T Construction for the last 20 months. I have got 7.5 IELTS band score & currently aiming for MS in civil Engineering from Canadian university.
