Is content creation/ writing is the part of digital marketing job? My English is not good at all, Should i go for it or not ?

I am B.com graduate with 50% and i am from Hindi medium background my English is very poor. i am very good in computer i know formatting, and basics of computer. i am thinking to do digital marketing course. Kindly advice some other course, best for me.
