Is counselling fees of UPSEE 2018 refundable if I withdraw?

    If a seat is allotted to you, the pay fees of Rs. 20000 or Rs. 12000 (SC) is not refundable. This rule is implemented this year.

    After allotment of seat in a particular College, UPTU didn't return the counselling fee but if you want transfer to any other college which is of UPTU you can. But, there is some criteria or you can say a procedure by which you may get refund but the total amount were not given, some of amount is taken as charge.

    Hello Dev,
    Normally speaking, no organisation returns fees paid for counseling. If you do not accept one of your choices, then you are in fact debarred from taking part in further counseling process.
