    No, counselling is not required for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology at Panjab University. Admission is based on the merit list of the Common Entrance Test PU - CET(U.G.) examination conducted by the Panjab University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics combination.
