    Yes, counselling is required for admission to B.Tech. in Food Engineering and Technology at Tezpur University. The admission is based on the All India Rank (CRL) of JEE (Main)-2023, and the university conducts counselling for 60% of the seats, while the remaining 40% are filled through Central Counselling conducted by CSAB/JoSAA.
