    Yes, No matter what your educational background is, passing the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Civil Services Examination (CSE) is a difficult effort. It's true that those with a background in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) could have an extra skill set than others with other academic backgrounds, but that doesn't make the UPSC exam harder or easier for them.

    Yes. Cracking the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) Civil Services Examination (CSE) can be tough, regardless of your educational background. And it is true that candidates from a CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) background may have a different academic foundation compared to candidates from other disciplines, it does not necessarily make it inherently more difficult to clear the UPSC CSE.

No, the Commission do not mention any Minimum Qualifying Marks for the General Studies Paper 1. But there is a criteria of Minimum 33 % for the General Studies Paper 2 (Aptitude) paper.
