Is CS subject is necessary for Science student to get admissions in IIT of bombay to become a aerospace engineering.

No, B.Tech in aerospace / aeronautical engineering is similar to any other branch of engineering. A student needs to take PCM at 12th and score minimum of 75% marks to become eligible for admission. Of course you will need to clear JEE Mains and JEE Advanced to get actual admission.
