CSE is very easy for those who are interested to work on programming language. It is not only about programming it's all about understanding the machine also. So it is easy if we understand the machine.

Depends on your potential. For some it is a piece of cake and for others it very difficult. If you like computers and have basic knowledge in programming and networking then it would be very easy. If you had Computer in your class 12th, then that should help you to determine whether you are good at it or not. If you have interest in the subject then it will be easy for you. For first timers it is quite tough.

Yes, it is easy, because we study ball the subjects theoretically, but in computer subject, we both study theoretically and pratically.so, in my opinion, computer subject is easy.
