If you do not have interest, then everything is hard. Your interest and passion makes everything simpler. Well, you should have some idea about C++ and coding before opting for CSE. This will raise your confidence as a newbie in the branch.

It is easy, as compared to the mechanical and other branches. In this branch, you have to deal with the different programming language and networking system web development etc. It is most demanded branch of Engineering. So, I suggest you to go for it.

CSE is very easy for those who are interested to work on programming language. It is not only about programming it's all about understanding the machine also. So it is easy if we understand the machine.

Depends on your potential. For some it is a piece of cake and for others it very difficult. If you like computers and have basic knowledge in programming and networking then it would be very easy. Yes, it is easy, because we study ball the subjects theoretically, but in computer subject, we both study theoretically and pratically.so, in my opinion, computer subject is easy.
