CSUB is a public university located in Bakersfield. The university is centrally located on a 375-acre site in southern San Joaquin Valley. There are more than 9,000 students at the university and it offers more than 60 undergraduate and graduate courses. Furthermore, the university is a part of the NCAA Division I and is the home to 16 athletic teams competing in the Big West Conference.
