In comparison to both, Chandigarh university is the better choice. A few reasons for it are :
1. NAAC A+ Grade and AICTE recognition makes the degree globally recognised and gets us better placements.

Chandigarh University is the better option to choose from. It has been accredited with NAAC+ grade which proves that the Chandigarh University is excellent in every aspect. Infrastructure, environment, teaching methods, faculty members are beyond great. -

Chandigarh University is better because it is NAAC A+ accredited, it believes in quality education and proper grooming of its students by providing holistic education. They have good infrastructure and regular expert talks and guest lectures are held. -
In my opinion, Chandigarh University for civil engineering is the best. The University provides students with research laboratories and experimental labs which help in gaining the knowledge practically. The teachers are really expert and guest lectures also provided at routine. The placements, as well as the internships, are great here. -
Definitely CU is the best option, it is accredited as A+ by NAAC, only few prestigious universities have this grade by NAAC, which in itself speaks for quality of CU. CHitkara University Rajpura is not even NAAC accredited, while Baddi campus has only B grade by NAAC. CU is best for civil engineering course. -
